THE ARTS PROGRAMME: The Degree of (B.A.) provides an opportunity to students to extend and deepen their knowledge of literature studies (English, Hindi and Punjabi), Public Administration, History, Economics, Pol. Science, and Sociology. The graduates on completion of their course will be able to adopt new skills & acquire the knowledge to advance in one’s profession & adapt to the rapidly changing environments in both the national & international area.
B.A. (Bachelor of Arts)
Eligibility– Minimum pass percentage of 45% in the qualifying examination is compulsory for B.A-I
Medium-English & Hindi: Subjects-English Literature, Hindi Literature, Punjabi Literature, Public Administration, History, Economics, Pol. Science, Sociology, Geography, Home Science, Computer Science.
Note-It is compulsory for the students of B.A-I to pass out in General English./ Hindi ,Elementary comp. &
Environment Studies once within three years undergraduate courses as per university rules.
THE COMMERCE PROGRAMME: The Bachelor degree in Commerce will provide students with the business Acura and Professionals accredited qualification to succeed in this increasingly competitive world. The course is designed to build on students accounting skills, analytical and communication skills, numeracy and computer proficiency.
B.com. (Bachelor of Commerce)
Eligibility: For admission for B.com 1st the student must have passed the qualifying exam with a minimum percentage of 45% marks in Commerce or 50% in Science / Arts.
